Investigating - Our team are investigating reports of delayed settlements for the weekend period. Some merchants are missing either Friday, Saturday or Sunday payments.

These payments all appear to be in transit and should be appearing in your accounts shortly but we will provide further information here as it comes to light.

Update - Our developers have deployed a fix to our secondary environment.

Users who need to add or update their credit card details can now do so from labs.kounta.com/billingpayments.

We will monitor this over the weekend before deploying to our primary environment my.kounta.com/billingpayments on Monday, September 25.

- Resolved the issue blocking users from updating or adding new credit card details from the Back Office.
- Resolved an issue where merchant receipts incorrectly displayed the surcharge amount for split payments with Lightspeed Payments.


IMPROVED
- For SmartPay NZ merchants, surcharge values are now clearly shown as 'Payments Surcharge' on receipts and in reporting.
