How: You can continue to sell on POS the whole way through. Then after this time, your POS will auto-update.

IMPROVEMENTS
- Now you can submit your application to activate Tyro's Pay@Table feature directly from your Tyro Settings page.

BUG FIXES
- Resolved a little bug that was causing a blank screen on the Purchase Reports page 😱
- We have resolved an issue that meant Tyro customers sometimes experienced situations where if they lost connection with the terminal, they couldn't proceed with the payment once reconnected. This has been fixed!

BUG FIXES
- Tips were being calculated incorrectly in the Payments method Deep Dive table in Site Reconciliations Overview dashboard. We've fixed it so you can be sure your tips are correct.
- Products which are uncategorised are now labeled as such in reporting
- In some cases, revenue wasn't being displayed in the Individual Reconciliation Overview dashboard. Now it shows the correct revenue values in all cases.
- Insights Live - reporting group totals weren't tallying up correctly to include all products. It's now adding up nicely!

If for any reason you are not able to reach our team via phone or your call becomes disconnected, we recommend connecting with the team via Live Chat which is located in the Help menu anywhere in the Lightspeed Kounta app. Thank you for your understanding.

Resolved - Bopple have identified an issue and applied a fix, we will continue to monitor.

Please note that orders that arrived in Bopple but did not go through to Lightspeed POS (before 9:44am) will need to be handled in order manager, these will not be able to sync through to Lightspeed.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting Bopple orders not coming through to Lightspeed Kounta POS. The affected orders are arriving into Bopple itself but not filtering through to our systems.

This issue has been raised with Bopple and our own team are looking into this as well.
