BUG FIXES - Fixed a bug allowing order merges to override the order limit - Fixed a bug causing blank dockets to reprint when using the courses feature - Fixed a bug allowing multiple users to register the same email address - Fixed a bug creating missing line items that affected order processing - Fixed a bug causing debug registers to incorrectly display in the Group Ordering and Order Type settings
