Another week, another Insights update that'll make your business even more efficient.
When: 16:00 AEDT on November 16th. How: Insights might not be available during this time but once the update is finished, you should be able to use as before
IMPROVEMENTS - A one stop reporting solution for all New customers - new “free” dashboards that replace the existing Back Office reports will be available in Insights with no access to “Reports” section in the Back office - All customers can access the new dashboards under "Reports" in Insights - For New customers, the Sales feed will be available under My Kounta and time and attendance will be in the People section - No change in the experience for existing customers and they can continue to have access to all the back office reports - Stock on hand report will be accessible on the new Inventory dashboard in Back office for all customers
