Our engineers will be performing maintenance updates.

Upon commencement, the Reports section in the Back Office will be unavailable during the time of maintenance. Back Office Reports may be slow or unavailable during this time.

This will only impact customers who have access to reports in our Back Office. This will not have any impact on customers using our Insights product.

Customers will still be able to use the rest of the Back Office setup during this time.

For any questions or assistance open the Help and Support menu anywhere in Lightspeed Kounta
